if you go on the blending effects [on photoshop] you can add more glow on there :]
the actual thing itself came from a brush set i found on here :]

lol, if you right click on the layer - like on the layer window - you wanna add tha glowing to, then you'll find there :]
there's a couple different "glows" there; like outer glow, inner glow... but you can fiddle around with that to find what you like really :]

hmm. maybe you could try pressing "Ctrl + A" to select the whole canvas, and then make sure ther layer with the bit on is selected, and then go from there.
it can be tricky... but d/w you'll get it :]
lemme know how that goes :]
